GRANDMA'S CUSTARD 
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat again. Add milk, vanilla and salt. Pour in 6 buttered custard cups set on pan with about an inch of water. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
