RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. chopped rhubarb
1 unbaked pie crust

Mix sugar, flour, butter and eggs together and pour over 3 cups rhubarb in an unbaked pie crust. Bake in hot oven at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until done, about 40 to 45 minutes.
