TIRAMISU
boiling water
instant coffee
chocolate powder
sugar coated biscuits
mascarpone cheese
condensed milk

In a medium bowl, combine two packages of mascarpone cheese and 1 can of condensed milk.

Add 1/4 cup of boiling water to a small bowl with 1 tablespoon instant coffee. Allow to cool 5 minutes, then dip sugar coated biscuits in the coffee one by one until moistened.

Put 1 layer of the biscuits into a larger ovenproof dish, then spread the cream on top, reserving a portion. Make another layer of the coffee biscuits, then spread another layer of cream.

Finally, put some chocolate powder in a sieve and sprinkle on top of the dish. Place in refrigerator for 45 minutes, then serve.

Wow best Tiramisu I've ever tasted! And so easy to make! I love this recipe. I added 1 tsp vanilla extract to it for some flavour and it was perfect, not too sweet. Thanks so much!

I would recommend dusting with cocoa powder just prior to serving. Also you can leave it in the fridge for longer than 45 minutes though I know Tiramisu is SO delicious it is often hard to wait. Also you can freeze it and save it for later if needed.

I make this with a twist, I put crushed chocolate (Cadburys flake) on top of each layer of cream, and finish with small lumps of chocolate on top with coco powder. I also add Tia Maria to the coffee, this makes it very sweet with a kick. ENJOY

I used this recipe for christmas and I was very very pleased. I bake all the time, so when I saw how easy this recipe was I was worried that it would taste a little plain. I made it anyway, with one variation... I made bottom layer of cookies, then layer of cream, then cookies, then a layer of cream that I seperated from the rest and added kahluah to. Then cookies, then the regular cream.

But instead of the instant coffee I used a hazelnut flavoured coffee and made it in my coffee machine.

Other than that, it was fantastic and I had people asking me for the recipe!!!

I tried this because my husband bought a couple of containers of marscapone, (on sale) and it was sitting in my fridge for the longest time. It turned out great and it was so easy to make. The hardest part was the mixing by hand, since the cheese is pretty thick. I did add some flavor with a little vanilla(1 tbs) and some sugar, (1/4 cup)since we like it sweet. Put it in the frige and a few hours later it was perfect. Tastes just like the ones in restaurants and bakeries. So good that my daughter asked me to make it for her birthday. Thanks for the great and easy recipe.
