SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)

Blend soup and water. Mix together 1/4 cup soup mixture, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, parsley, and salt. Shape into balls. Brown in small amount of fat.

Pour remaining soup mixture over meatballs, cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes. Serve over rice, noodles or boiled potatoes. Serves 4.
