SMOKY OYSTERS SUPREME 
24 shelled oysters
1/3 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Shuck and drain oysters. Place on deep half of shells. Saute onion in melted butter until tender but not brown. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon sauce over oysters. Place oysters on grill over medium hot coals and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. 4 servings.
