CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb bread dressing
1 sm. onion, chopped (optional)
1 stick butter or 2 c. chicken broth
1 sm. onion, chopped (optional)
3 c. cooked and deboned chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 can cream of chicken, celery, or mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk

Layer ingredients in 8x11 inch casserole in following order: bread dressing, broth or butter, chopped chicken, onion, celery, soup mixed with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with crushed potato chips last 5 minutes.
