CHICKEN DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 lg. fryer
2 c. celery
1 bell pepper
2 onions
1 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 sm. can chopped pimento
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 loaf regular bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil fryer, bone and cut in bite-size pieces. Soak bread in broth from chicken (2 to 2 1/2 cups). Saute celery, bell pepper and onion in butter. Combine all ingredients and put in casserole and bake like regular dressing. This makes 1 large casserole or 2 medium.
