CHICK PEA SALAD 
1 lg. can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
1/4 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
Dash vinegar

Crush garlic; add salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil. Drain chick peas. In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well.

Great protein!
