MAKE AHEAD ROLLS | |
2 pkg. yeast 1/2 c. lukewarm water (115 degrees) 3/4 c. butter 1 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, slightly beaten 7-8 c. flour Put yeast in lukewarm water. Put together butter and boiling water. Mix in large bowl. Cover with plastic will keep for 7 days in refrigerator. Take out, roll out 1 inch thick. Let raise for 2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool and freeze. Thaw to use paper bag (not recycled paper) 275 degrees until warm. |
