CREAMED SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. boiled, mashed squash
1 c. minced onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. flour

Mix squash, onions, salt, sugar and butter. Add to mixture milk, egg and flour. Blend well and turn into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
