RUNZA 
3/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine and let set until foamy.

Add: 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 beaten egg

Beat well and add approximately 2 cups more of flour. Let rise 1 hour. While this is rising brown and drain 2 lbs. hamburger, 2 lbs. chopped cabbage and 1 diced onion. Roll dough as for jelly roll. Fill with hamburger and cabbage mixture. Roll and place seam down on greased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. May also put grated cheese on hamburger mixture or add ingredients as you wish.
