STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen or 1 pt. fresh strawberries
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Crush strawberries, drain juice and reserve. Add water to make 1 1/2 cups. Bring juice to a boil and stir in Jello, dissolve and cool. Add strawberries and sugar.
