DIET STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. sugar-free strawberry jello
3 c. boiling water
10 lg. ice cubes
1 (3 or 4 oz.) pkgs. strawberry yogurt
1 carton Cool Whip
1 can unsweetened pineapple, drained

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until thickened. Add pineapple and chill until partially set. Remove and mix on low speed the Cool Whip and yogurt in jello until smooth. Refrigerate again until set.
