EASY STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (only semi-thawed)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy whipping cream (have real cold)
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

Put all into blender and blend well until whipped up. Pour into four individual dessert dishes and chill well (can put into freezer for 15 minutes if in a hurry). Garnish with large fresh berries, if desired.
