EASY STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
2 med. extra ripe bananas, peeled
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavor gelatin
1 (8 oz.) carton strawberry yogurt
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Mandarin orange segments (opt.)
Fresh strawberries (opt.)

Puree bananas in blender. Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Heat reserved juice to boiling. Remove from heat, add gelatin. Stir to dissolve. Blend in yogurt and bananas. Refrigerate until mixture thickens slightly. Fold in whipped cream. Arrange 4 pineapple slices around sides of clear glass bowl. Place mandarin orange segments and strawberry half in center of each pineapple slice for decorative look, if desired. Turn gelatin into pineapple lined bowl. Refrigerate until firm. Garnish with remaining pineapple slices and whole strawberries.
