MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco mix
1 can (4 oz.) kidney beans
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 sm. can pitted black olives, optional

Brown beef. Add taco mix undrained beans and tomato sauce. Heat to boiling point. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle cheese over top and bake. You may meat mixture a day or two before using.
