1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 box Super Moist cake mix any flavor
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter in 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix eggs with cake mix and nuts, spread are melted butter pat down.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) crream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Mix together until creamy. Spread over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
