1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 egg

Mix and spread in 13 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

8 oz. soft cream cheese
2 eggs
3 c. confectioners' sugar

Beat together. Spread on top of mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut while warm.
