LAURIA'S PIZZA DOUGH 
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put flour in large mixing bowl; make a well in the center. Stir in Crisco oil, salt, warm water and yeast mixture. Knead thoroughly on a floured board. Place in greased bowl, turn greased side up. Cover, let rise in a warm place until double. Punch down dough. Dough is now ready to roll.
