ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla

Mix together the eggs, sugar, oil, and zucchini. Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix with electric beater. Add vanilla and chopped nuts. Mix together. Bake in 9x13 inch cake pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or maple flavoring

Mix together and spread on cake.
