GRIDIRON CASSEROLE 
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 green peppers, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 can corn niblets
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Fill large saucepan 2/3 full of water and boil. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Then add spaghetti. Cook 20 minutes, or until tender. Rinse and drain. Brown ground beef. Remove beef, then add remaining oil. Saute onions, garlic, and green pepper. Add chili powder, remaining salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef, tomato soup, corn and spaghetti to vegetable mixture, stirring carefully, then heat. Pour into large casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
