ROLL BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter 2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 3 c. flour 1/8 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. mapleine Mix butter and brown sugar. Add egg and beat until smooth. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until very firm dough. Add vanilla, mapleine, and nuts. Divide into balls. Roll in wax paper until size desired, about 24 inch long. Place in refrigerator overnight. Cut off thin slices and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. |
