HONEY FRUIT YOGURT 
1 lb. cooking apples
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
3 tbsp. raisins

1. Peel, core and slice the apples. Put in a saucepan with the water and sugar and cook, covered, until soft. Cool. Drain.

2. Mix the honey with the yogurt.

3. When the apples are cool, mix in the raisins. Place in individual dishes and top with the yogurt and honey mixture. Serves 4 to 6.
