1 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour

Cream the sugar and butter; add eggs and beat until smooth. Add the soda to the sour cream. Then add to the above mixture, alternating with sifted flour. Place batter in refrigerator overnight. Roll on floured board and cut to desired shapes. (You may sprinkle with plain or colored sugar) and bake about 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. I frost these cookies.
