4 c. flour
1 c. salt
1/4 c. instant coffee dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix flour and salt together. Make hole in center of salt-flour mixture, stir in coffee mixture, form ball. Place in plastic bag.

After making decorations or cut outs, make hole for string before baking. Place on foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 25.
