HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 chickens
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. slivered almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil the chickens and remove meat and cut into bite size pieces. Put meat into greased casserole. Toss all the other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put crushed potato chips on top after baking.
