VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans Veg-all, drained
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 can of water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise

Buttered Ritz Topping:

1 1/2 to 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1/2 to 1 stick butter

Put ingredients in baking dish. Cover with buttered Ritz crackers. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
