WHEAT SESAME CRACKERS 
1 1/2 c. wheat flour
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 salt
2 c. rolled oats
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or oil
1 1/2 c. milk or water
Cup sesame seeds

Mix dry ingredients with oil and milk or water, add sesame seeds and knead until smooth dough is formed. Roll out thin, cut into shapes, place on lightly greased sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
