BRAN-SESAME CRACKERS 
3/4 c. oatmeal (blended to resemble coarse oat flour)
1/2 c. coarse bran
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
6 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. sesame seeds

Combine ingredients to form a dough. Roll out with a rolling pin and cut into crackers. Bake at 350 degrees on a greased cookie sheet for 12 minutes.
