EASY BEEF STEW 
2 lb. beef chunks
4 or 5 med. potatoes (peeled & diced)
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can peas, drained
5 or 6 carrots, peeled & sliced

Preheat oven to 275 degrees, place all ingredients in pan and mix together. Cover and bake for 5 hours. Stir occasionally.

P.S. - Also can be done in crock pot.
