EASY OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 lb. beef cubes

Put in oven proof casserole dish. Slice:

1 med. onion over beef
2 stalks diced celery
3 raw potatoes, cubed
3 raw carrots, sliced

Layer over meat. Mix 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 can water. Pour over meat and vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
