EASY OVEN BAKED STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat or round steak, cubed, do not brown
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Pinch of thyme, rosemary & marjoram (opt.)
3-4 potatoes, sliced
6-8 carrots, sliced

Mix ingredients together, adding desired amounts of potatoes and carrots. Place in a large baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 4 to 5 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 8 generously.
