1 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. fructose
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. strawberries, sliced

Whip 1/2 pint of whipping cream. Stir in 3 tablespoons fructose, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and strawberries. Chill until serving time. Great over pancakes and French toast.
