SOUR CREAM-CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE | |
4 c. grated potato 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. butter (butter) 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper, to taste Partially cook potatoes (firm), then grate. In pan, melt butter (butter) - add cheese and sour cream. Mix together with grated potato, salt and pepper to taste. Place into casserole dish - bake at 350 degrees until slightly browned and bubbly. |
