SPINACH SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp & chopped
Fresh spinach
1 hard-boiled egg, grated

Wash spinach and remove the stems before cutting up. Add grated egg and chopped bacon.

SWEET & SOUR DRESSING:

2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. hot catsup
1 c. olive oil
11 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in bottle and shake well.
