SPINACH BALLS 
10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, thawed & squeeze out excess water
1 c. fine seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. soft butter

Mix all ingredients, form into balls 1 inch wide. Freeze - very important. After frozen, bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
