HOT SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 lg. onion, chopped sm.
4 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan and Romano cheese, mixed
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. thyme
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper

Mix and chill. Roll into 1-inch balls. Can be frozen on cookie sheet. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
