SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
1 or 2 onions, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. minced garlic or garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour and then shape into balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. To serve, place frozen balls on sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or longer. Makes 60-70 walnut sized balls.
