SPINACH BALLS 
2 packages frozen, chopped spinach- cook and drain
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup melted butter
2 small onions, diced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
dash of salt and pepper
2 Cups Pepperidge Farms herb flavored stuffing mix

Mix all ingredients well. Chill for at least 1 1/2 hours until firm.

Roll into walnut sized balls.

Bake 15-20 minutes at 350.
