EASY HOT DISH 
1 lb. low fat hamburger
8 med. sized potatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can vegetable soup
1 can water
Salt and pepper

Crumble and fry hamburger and onion. Add vegetable soup and water and sliced potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole and bake about 1 hour. Add more water if necessary.
