WET COCONUT CAKE 
1 white or yellow cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. frozen coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar

Combine sour cream, coconut and sugar. Mix well and set aside. Bake cake mix as directed. While cake is still hot take sewing thread and slice layers in half. Pour coconut mixture over each layer as you stack cake. Top with your favorite white frosting. Keep refrigerated.
