VI'S TOMATO ASPIC 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello (3 oz.)
3 1/2 c. V-8 juice
5 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. walnuts
1 c. celery
1 can shrimp

Heat 1 cup of V-8 to dissolve Jello. Combine with rest of ingredients and chill. Makes 10 generous servings.
