PARMESAN LAMB CHOPS 
4 loin lamb chops, 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick
Onion salt
Fresh ground pepper
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano

Sprinkle chops with onion salt and pepper. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 7 to 8 minutes. Turn and broil 5 minutes more. Combine cheese, garlic powder and oregano; sprinkle over chops. Continue to cook until rare, medium rare or well done as desired.
