REESE'S NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER
CUP BARS!
 
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter (Reese's)
3/4 cup graham crackers

Crush graham crackers into crumbs. Melt unsalted butter over medium heat on stove. Add confectioners' sugar and mix well. Add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix.

Line an 8x8-inch pan with aluminum foil. Pour peanut butter mixture into pan. Place in freezer for 20 minutes.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) salted butter
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt salted butter over medium heat on the stove. Add chocolate chips and mix until smooth. Pour over chilled peanut butter mix.

Tips: Tilt the pan so the chocolate spreads evenly. Freeze for 25 minutes or refrigerate for an hour before cutting. Transfer solid bars to cutting board. Trim off borders. Cut bars into 1-inch squares.
