CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
TOPPING:

1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 pkg. Little Bits Chocolate Chips

CAKE:

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened (may use butter)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream (may use light sour cream)

Topping: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, 1/2 cup chocolate chips; set aside.

Cake: In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In food processor (or large bowl) combine butter, sugar, vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining chocolate chips. Spread into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.
