Bring to boil:

1 c. white sugar
1 c. Karo syrup

Add:

1 c. peanut butter
4 c. Special K cereal

Place in 9 x 13 inch pan and press. Melt 1 package of chocolate chips and 1 package butterscotch chips; spread on top. Cut and serve.
