1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. Special K cereal
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir well and pour over cereal. Mix and put in pan. Melt chips and spread over bars.
