CHOP CHAY 
One package clear noodles, cooked and drained.
Veggies: onion, garlic, shredded carrot, zucchini

Using a Dutch oven, saute veggies in 1/3 cup cooking oil plus 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil. Add one can roast beef, chopped fine to veggies in pot (or use leftover roast beef). Add some fresh spinach or frozen, thawed. Add clear noodles and mix. Add soy sauce, about 1/3 cup. Use Korean soy sauce.
