SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
2-3 green peppers (cut in half)
4-6 slices lg. onion
1/2-3/4 bottle catsup
2-3 c. cooked rice

Take a large covered pan (a roasting pan will do nicely) and brown the pork chops on top of the stove. Season with salt and pepper. While doing this, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Fill the green peppers (which have been cut in half to form cups) with the cooked rice. Top the filled pepper cup with a slice of onion.

Place the pepper cups on top of each pork chop in the roasting pan. Mix the catsup with equal parts of water and pour over the pork chops and rice filled peppers. Cover the pan and bake for approximately 1 hour. Serve with Italian bread and butter.
