SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 (9") baked pie shell
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. hot water
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil raisins and water for 15 minutes. Mix sugar, cream, egg yolks and flour in a bowl. Add to raisins and cook until just thickened. Pour in crust and top with meringue. Brown meringue in oven, about 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
